Question for computer savvy people!

Does anyone here know how you can convert Real Player files to MP3 format? I have a friend who has a CD that has all this Chinese music on it, but it is in Real Player files and he wants it on an audio CD. Is there some kind of program I can download to convert these files and burn them on a CD?

Any help would be appreciated...Thanks so much!
