Question for computer-image-savy fiends

I am hoping to get an image for those cute Mickey stick figure family that I can turn into t-shirts. (Who doesn't love torturing teenagers at Disney?) I've always easily gotten images like that made for me on the creative designs board, but apparently whoever used to do them is taking a break.

I'm talking about something like this:

Anyone here know how to do this? Thanks so much!

Thanks, but I haven't had any luck there. Apparently whoever used to do them isn't doing them anymore. But, if anyone has any other leads, I'd love to hear them!
