Question for CM's re: tips

Here's my question: Is there a preference among CMs as to HOW you receive your tip? Is it better to receive cash or is it just as well to have it added to our KTW card? Didn't know if there was a better benefit to you guys one way or the other, or if one way was easier for you???

All discussions of tips and tipping are restricted to the tipping sticky at the top of the board.
