Hi There! My husband will be on his first Disney Cruise come April 2020. I'm currently silver liver going on my second cruise. My question is that our window to reserve port excursions will be coming up at the end of January. Will I be still able to reserve both of our port excursions at the same time? Thank you for your help.

Indeed. If he wasn't in the same room, he would book when his booking window opens. There is some risk of excursions selling out that way. In that situation I would absolutely book the Silver room first and then see what is available when the second room becomes available.
