Question for cast members

I am thinking about applying at casting when we go down to Disney this month but I have some questions and was hoping some cast members could help me out with some answers. TIA!!

Do most CM jobs start at the $7.25 minimum wage? Are the cast member apartments for all CM's or just the college program CM's? I have no previous job experience, what are my chances of getting hired?
