Question for Canadian Disney Store CM's

What type of benefits are Canadian disney store cm's given? What about part-time or seasonal employees?? I noticed that my local Disney store has had a "help wanted" sign posted in the store for a couple of weeks now and was kind of entertaining the thought of applying. Do you recieve discounts on park tickets? What is the starting wage?? Do they have a minimum number of hours or shifts per week for part-timers?? Any and all info is appreciated!!
