Ok, I went jogging for the first time in over a decade. I made a discovery. My sports bra just doesn't cut it. The DDD twins have a mind of their own. :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

Do any of you bustier ladies have a Good and Supportive sports bra? Brand suggestions and where you got them would be a great help to this very sore WISHER.;)

I don't wear a sports bra usually but I find that the Just My Size brand gives me a good, comfortable fit. They might make a line of sports bras- try www.justmysize.com

As I'm shrinking thankfully I'm losing "there" too as I have always been quite busty. I have jogged off and on since beginning WISH and have found what works best for me is to wear a really good bra and a sports bra on top of that (not as uncomfortable as it sounds I promise :) ) Doing that I have NO problems! :teeth: Best of luck finding what works for you!

I also wear a regular bra with a Sports Bra on top. It works well and is not any less comfortable than wearing a regular bra.

Hope this is a help for you!

mickeyminnie -- I am also "well blessed" so the website you were talking about interested me. I found their web address. It's title9sports.com

Before my breast reduction surgery I was busting out of a DDD. I used to wear really good minimizing bras that held me in nice and tight. I also had some good sports bras from Speedo. They had underwires (face it - everything had underwires) and 6 hooks in the back. I found them to be very supportive.

Another suggestion - swimming... :)

Thanks for the info. I'll try the double bra for now.

I just gave up and had a bilateral mammoplasty reduction in 1999.

Best thing I ever did for myself :)

:( I can't even begin to imagine your discomfort! Really, I can't. (sadly, I'm a 38 almost A....ever see a bra that size???? No? Neither have I.....)

Anyway.....

I have a friend who wears a compression-style jog bra. Kind of gives her the "una-boob" look - then she wears a second, more "fashionable" jog bra over it... the combo helps her to remain *steady* as she works out...

Hmmm, a sports bra OVER a regular bra?!!!! How come I never thought of that! Thanks for the suggestion! I'm going to give it a try! :teeth:

I am (now) between a 38 and 40C coming from a tight 42C. What I always did/do is the regular bra with the sports bra on top and it worked well. I do have one sports bra that I like that I don't double up on and it is made by Champion.

Good luck in your search.
