Question for Applying

I know this may sound like a dumb question but I just really want to get this right and perfect.

So I noticed we need a letter of recomendation. Could someone tell me when they are looking for with this? What should this letter say? Who would be the best to get this from?

again, lol I just want to make sure I get everything perfect. Thanks!

Letter of Recommendation? I don't recall that being a requirement before. I don't see it as a requirement on the website. Are you looking at the College or Career Start Program?

ETA: Oops. Just saw your signature. Maybe one of the other Career Start people can answer this since the CP does not require it.

Im sorry I never got back to you on this I had some stuff come up. It basicly has to be from someone who was either a employer, teacher, or a good friend of the family. They pretty much have to say why Disney should hire you as a employee.Mine said something to the point of I am good at multitasking and do well in stressfull situtations. My regional manager (former General Manager and Boss also a good friend) wrote mine for me. I do not have a copy of mine on hand with me right now but if you give me like 2 or 3 days I will try and get mine posted so you can see about what mine said. He wrote his in a formal letter with a heading from my current place of employment but it can be a typed letter ,ect. Hope this helps and Like I said Im going to try and type what mine said so you have a example.

However, if you ask someone for a letter of recommendation and they ask these questions, you probably should ask someone else.
