Question for AP holders about resort rooms

I am a new AP holder. I checked the Disneyland site to see rates for our stay in December but noticed it only went through October. Is that normal? Could I call and find out the AP rate? I have been desperately trying to get a PIN code but have had no luck. I am new to navigating through all this with an AP so any advice would be great

Yes, Yes, and also the rates may fill up and get better. But calling often gets a better rate than the calendar shows.

As far as PINS the AP rate usually beats them, but you might try making reservations around when you want to go and maybe you will get one for your dates.
