Question for anyone who has the premier pass

I was thinking of buying them for my family.
Do you just show your pass to get FOTL after 4:00 or do they give you a wrist ban, do you need to show proof who you are?

If all you have to do is show your card couldn't a group of 6 have 3 passes and just ride the attraction and then give them to the 3 others in the group?

I wonder if this will make the lines huge after 4:00 during the busy periods.

We will be going over Christmas week this year and end of June through July 4 week next year.

We usually get a room for the FOLT pass but this would save us money by just coming at 4:00 a few days each trip.

Anyone who has been using these passes any info would be appreciated.

We decided to get Premier Passes the last week of December. Crowds were still projected to be 10 of 10 at Disney, and we wanted annual passes anyway so this seemed the best solution for us.

Your pic is on your pass, so they don't need to check ID, and you can't pass them off to anyone else either. You show it in the fastpass lane after 4 pm and it's no problem. (We had only one employee that didn't understand the benefit but she did let us through). The longest we waited for anything was 25 minutes in ET and I think they must have had some technical difficulties that night. The park was slammed so I think it was well worth it.

Add in the food discounts for showing the pass, free parking and free water and I don't think it can be beat.

BIG BIG BIG fan of the Premier Pass here!! They will often look at the pic and compare it so you can't just "share" it without getting caught. When they first came out, we ran into some TMs who didn't know about the benefits, but we just carried a flyer with us. DH ran into a handful of seasonals at Christmas who gave him a bit of a hassle, but it wasn't a big deal...they either finally took his word for it or in one case a supervisor happened to be passing and gave an on-the-spot lesson to the TM.

For me, the Premier Pass is the best thing since sliced bread. I probably make back the $$ in the free valet parking alone over the course of the year. And then to get free HHN tickets what you can upgrade for like $10 to Frequent Fear is the absolute icing on the cake. We rarely go to Disney anymore, and our USF/IOA visits have quintupled thanks to the "god pass."

Did you buy yours at the gate or did you purchase it through their website.
It looks like it is $279 plus tax.

Is the first day of parking free or must you pay for that?

We originally bought it at the park, and since the valet is free with the pass and you don't pay for valet till you pick up the car anyway, we left it with the valets and produced our spankin' new passes when we picked it up for the freebie.
