We booked the FTP for the Beach Club Concierge just last week for a trip in August. Last year when we did Poly Concierge we booked nearly a year in advance so there was plenty of time to communicate with the staff. My question is does anyone have contact info (phone # or email) for the Beach Club Concierge staff. We are getting very close to the 60 days (2days) mark and I would like their help in making a few PS's. Thanks in Advance for anyone who might have this info. :D

Hi there...

Here is the email for AMY - she is the Itinerary Planner for Beach Club, YC & BWI

Amy.B.Jacobson@disney.com

Amy is great, she did all my PS's, was able to get an illuminations cruise and is helping me with a welcome basket for my daughter and some pillow gifts.

Have fun planning - when are you at BC Concierge? - we are there August 22-29th.

Hi and thanks for your response and the email address. We will be there Aug 17-24. We are looking forward to it. It will be me, dh, and our 3 dds ages 7, 2 & 4 mos.

Wow.... you will be busy with the 3 little ones.

I'm sure my DD9 will be looking for your DD7 on arrival - she has the best time playing with other kids - especially at the pool

See you at the BC

We will be busy with the little ones. Last year we stayed at the Poly Concierge and we really liked it but my dh's fav resort from past stays is the BC. Since he will be hanging out with the youngest ones and me and the 7 yr old will be hitting the parks, I felt BC Concierge would be great for all of us. My 7 yr old loves to play with other kids too. I am also looking forward to seeing the reactions of my 2 yr old, she is so much more aware of things this year. Last summer she didn't know what a princess was or cared. This year she is a Princess fiend. Hopefully we will get CRT again. If not I already made a PS for the Norway SBP Breakfast and the new Cindy and Friends dinner at 1900 Park Fare.

LOL.. a Princess Fiend!

You are going to have a great family holiday - and the concierge lounge must really make things easier for drinks, snacking, breakfast & daily rests.

See you there!

I also have 3 daughters (ages 7, 5 and 2) and am considering the BC Concierge for my trip in October (maybe November). Is it family oriented, or am I going to be uncomfortable with 3 little (sometimes rambunctious) girls? I guess I need to know if BC Concierge is more like GF or the Poly when it comes to kids.

Thanks!

I contacted Amy by email the same night I got the address. I made some requests since we were close to 60 days out. I recieved an email from her the next morning. I also talked to her on the phone that morning. To make a long story short, she got us a PS for CRT on the day I wanted and also Chef Mickey's on the night and time I wanted. I called last week to make a PS for Chef Mickey's and was told the only time available for a party of 5 was 8:00 pm an at two tables. Amy called and got us the 5:15 we wanted and at one table. So I guess its true they must reserve some tables for Concierge.
Its funny, last summer when we stayed Poly concierge I made all of my own PS's because I just didn't trust anyone to make them for me. Its amazing what a difference a year and a new baby makes. LOL:D

Wow that's great!

When concierge did our CRT reservation there was no wait when we arrived at the kiosk (although loads of people were waiting) and we had a beautiful window table overlooking the carousel in Fantasy Land.

When you booked all your PS's yourself last year - did you have to wait for tables? That is one of the big differences I find with having Concierge book them - no waits - unless it is just a huge coincidence  and I will be surprised this year!

Have fun planning,

BCVNovember,
I would say that the BC concierge falls somewhere in the middle of the Poly and GF as far as "kid-friendliness" is concerned. We have two girls (7 and 4) and a boy (20 mos), and I would definitely rate the Poly the best for them. Hawaii will be reopened by the time you go, and its lounge is a lot larger than the BC lounge. Having said that, I do love BC, and it has the best pool of all the Disney hotels! We felt it was definitely better than GF concierge for kids.
Have fun whatever you decide!
Mike

To me it seems we did have to wait for tables at some of the more popular places such as CRT, Chef Mickey's and Ohana's Character Breakfast. I don't know if that was because I made the PS's myself or what. I guess this year we will find out.
