Question for anyone who has been to the waterparks...

I'm a member of the big man's club But my fiance wants to go to the the water parks. I'm not one to take my shirt off in public. Do the disney lifeguards at Blizzard beach/typhoon lagoon not allow men to wear shirts at the rides? I really would just wanna do the lazy river and whatever other relaxing water area they have.

You are allowed to wear a shirt and I have seen many people doing so... I've also worn them myself over my bathing suit to avoid sunburn. The only thing they don't want you wearing is anything with metal (buckles, zippers...) on the water slides. Other than that, you should have no problems.

My brother was able to wear his shirt while at the Water Parks. I don't think you have anything to worry about !

I don't think it would be a problem. If I remember last year I saw a lot of men with t-shirts on.

However, I wouldn't feel funny to take off your shirt. I am not a small guy myself and I let it all hang out. I saw a lot of big fellas with no shirt.

DH wears his shirt at the Water Parks also, but like stemikger said, there are all kinds of shapes & sizes at the water parks letting it all hang out - no reason to worry about that.....Do whatever you are most comfortable with.

After our trip to the waterparks, trust me, a larger man in trunks is nothing compared to what a lot of people were wearing. Shirts are fine.
