Question for anyone that has done the Disney Youth Programs/Performing Arts

My son's choir is planning on going to WDW in April and I am trying to put together a rough budget.
Does Disney give a discount on rooms for these programs? I am guessing we will be booking about 20+rooms.
Did anyone fly their group? Please let me know how that went. Any discounts on airfare?
Any advice please. I pretty good at planning a Disney vacation but new to the mass group planning.

My daughter did a trip with her theater troupe. We were given a total price that included park tickets, one meal, and all the workshops they did. We chose to stay at Pop vs the hotel that was giving a group rate (Disney springs hotel) because we wanted to do the dining plan and have transportation. We booked airfare separately as well since that was completely up to us anyway.
Our troupe director had done this trip quite often so she was well versed. I would suggest looking at the youth performing arts website and see what they offer there. Good luck!

To the OP, I've worked with the Disney Youth Programs on a regular basis but I would take the above poster's advice as the starting point and go from there. Below is the link.

I have read the arts performance page and I see the prices of tickets by day which is a great price. I was trying to find out if there are discounts for booking many rooms.

There should be some type of group reservations office. Call (yes call ) the regular reservations number for help.

Not aware of any group discounts on airlines.
