Hi all,
I've recently made the decision to become self employed and start selling scrapbooking products, through Ebay initially then an online shop. I've joined up with a highly reputable consultant scheme and because of my choice of upline, I've been placed in a specific "team" along with a few dozen other people.
My problem is that I very much disagree with their way of business. There's a lot of very pushy selling and trying to recruit people into the scheme for your own personal benefit - not because you think they'd benefit (although I'm sure many of them would!) I can't change teams so I'm stuck with this lot for good although I don't have to get involved.
Do you think it's ok to use the team website for it's resources (they have lots of useful files on there like stock control spreadsheets etc) and check it regularly for anything that might affect me but not to get involved in all the chat and "recruiting drives for prizes" or am I being a total hypocrite?
