Have you bought your airline tickets yet? What did you pay? I have never paid much over 200 and now it looks like $318. :confused3 Should I bite the bullet and buy??

I'm not going in this summer, but usually, AirTran will have lower prices that will pop up sporadically. You might keep an eye on that for a week or two. I don't blame you. That's high for IND. Good luck!!! :goodvibes:goodvibes:goodvibes

prices are high this year for some reason. Usually you can snag under $100 rates but those are not to be found.

I just snagged $119 for mid-spring. I grabbed it when I saw it and later on the price was already back up to $140.

We have always had under $200 until the last 6 months or so as well. I paid @$250 round trip per person for our upcoming May trip and I have not seen any better than that. $318 sounds a little high, but not too far off.

We are equal distance from Indy, St. louis, and Louisville so I have been checking southwest and airtran from each since that's the only 2 I can find nonstop flights from. It looks like there's some decent SW fares this summer out of Indy but I don't know your exact dates.

I ended up booking SW thru st. Louis for $284/pp. When we flew 3 years ago we flew $100 cheaper pp out of Indy. Can't believe I just spent that much but was afraid they were just going to go higher!

I just grabbed $119.00 one way Indy to MCO with Southwest in June. Figured it won't get much better than that so I went ahead and purchased them.
