Hi All!

We are planning our first Disney Cruise for November of 2004! This trip will include my DH, DS (13), DD (4), Mom, Dad, and two Cousins!!

My Mom has asked me to post the following question: Is there a different show each night of the 7 night cruise?

Any help with this would be appreciated!!

Thank you for your help!!

Sort of. It depends on what you call a show. There's a variety show one night, three actual production shows, a game show ("Who Wants to be a Mouseketeer?"), and usually a first-run movie.

So yes, there is something different in the theatre each night, but they are not all broadway-style shows.

I think the schedule goes something like this:

Sat. - Welcome variety show
Sun. - Morty the Magnificent (magic/comedy(?) show)
Mon. - Hercules, the Muse-ical
Tue. - Movie
Wed. - Mouseketeer
Thur. - Disney Dreams (don't miss this one)
Fri. - Farewell variety crew show

I had read somewhere that Disney has been auditioning for a new show on the ship(s). I don't remember what the working title is, but I think Mickey was in there somewhere - but it's not going to be a "rubber head" type of production. I is scheduled to start on the ships in September or October this year - so the line up probaby will change. My guess is that Morty is history - very few people seem to like it. But then again, "Who wants to be a Mouseketter" doesn't seem to be that popular - but I like it - I want to win a trip!!:)

I have seen WWTBM 4 times onboard and alway enjoy it....the theatre has always been full when I was there. I do not like Morty at all...hope they ditch that one.

I enjoyed the first show before Morty...Voyage of the Ghost Ship...that was pretty good.
