Question for all of you WDW resort regulars

If DF and I book our room at the POFQ or POR, and later on we are offered a better deal for say...at the Boardwalk, would we be able to upgrade to that without any penalites?

It depends on your package. If you have a package and have to pay in full in advance, check and see what the penalties are.

If you have a room only, it should not be a problem. I had a room at POFQ and then received a postcard in the mail. I had to switch to CBR to get the discount, but it wasn't a problem. I saved a lot of money, even with the water view.
