Question at the F&W booths that sell cheesecakes, is it all the same cheesecake but with different toppings? I swear last time I went the one on Hawaii and Canada tasted the same.

Since all the booth food is prepared in bulk behind the scenes, it is possible they would use the same base for many of the cheesecakes. I find most cheesecake of a certain type, for example, all NY style cheesecakes, taste very similar most of the time.
I love cheesecake, so as long as it was good, I wouldn’t care if they were just changing the toppings out or adding something to the cheesecake base prior to baking.
