Question before buying

We are seriously considering a DVC purchase at AKV. These boards have been a wealth of information and knowledge, so thanks to all who post here!

I still have a question that I'm hoping the experienced DVC'ers can help me with...

We typically travel for 6-7 nights in February (President's Week) and October (Fall Break). We like AKL and don't foresee a problem with getting reservations (for a savannah studio) at AKV since it will be our home resort. However, part of the appeal of DVC is the flexibility to try some of the other resorts, as well as some unique room types (Concierge, Grand Villa, etc.) on occasion.

In light of the fact that the unique room types are very limited (e.g., only five 2BR lock-offs for AKV Concierge), and that we can only book at 7 months at other resorts, and taking into consideration the new booking policy, how easy/difficult will it be to get the following reservations in the future?
- AKV Studio Concierge for Pres. Week
- VWL, BCV, or BWV Studio for Pres. Week
- VWL, BCV, or BWV Studio for October
- Vero Beach Cottage for October

how easy/difficult will it be to get the following reservations in the future?
- AKV Studio Concierge for Pres. Week
- VWL, BCV, or BWV Studio for Pres. Week
- VWL, BCV, or BWV Studio for October
- Vero Beach Cottage for October

AKV Concierge -- if home resort and call exactly 11 months out, then likely to get it (anytime of year); otherwise could be difficult (also almost anytime of year)

Pres week-- VWL, BCV difficult at 7 months for any size room; BWV good chance if preferred pool and garden view -- standard or boardwalk view will be difficult

October: BCV most difficult (Epcot food and wine time and resort size is small); VWL also difficult but possible, BWV somewhat difficult but still good chance if preferred pool or garden view; Vero Beach cottage -- not sure but would assume difficult to get cottage anytime of year at 7 months out (same applies to Grand Villas at WDW resorts)
