Are all the rooms in Animal Kingdom club level savannah view?

Yes. Club level rooms are all facing the Arusha savannah on the 4th floor. The only ones that aren't are the Disney Vacation Club villas on the same floor as the lounge. These are not necessarily Savannah view, some are pool view. Those villas are in high demand for DVC owners..."club level access" rooms should all be savannah view 4th floor.

ETA- This is how it has been the last few years that we have stayed at AKL, I'm assuming this is still accurate.

I just double-checked...on the Disney website the regular hotel rooms are showing as Savannah view-club level access. The only one bookable on the Disney site that is not is a 1 Bedroom standard view w/ CL services. However, it definitely states that right in the description. It will say either "view of one of the savannahs" or "view of rooftop or parking area." Hope that helps.
