question abt pin code

I got a pin code postcard at my home addressed to my mother, who does not live with me, and who is not going on our trip in December. The only reason I can think of that her name got associated with my address is because we've taken her on trips before to Disney and of course the reservation was under our address. ?? Anyway, do you think they will let me apply this to my existing reservation (the dates are applicable). Thanks for your help!!

Anyone in the "household" can use it. If they pull up the pin and click on her name and you are listed in the household it will be okay as long as there is availibility with that code

that said, others have posted similar situations and have been turned down when they tried to use the pin #'s. Sounds like luck of the draw on which CM you talk to. If you get a no, might be worth talking to a supervisor, or calling again in the hopes of getting a more lenient CM.

and thats lack of training. The policy is anyone in the household can use a pincode. If it was sent to your moms address then you could not use it unless she went with you
