We went to Disneyworld for the first time last September and were hooked. One of the things we loved the most was World Showcase and wished we could have spent more time there. We were able to go a couple evenings and had a couple hours of light in the evening to take pictures by and see outdoors. But this time we are going in January and it gets dark very early that time of year. We have 2 small girls that take afternoon naps, so we always take an afternoon break and go back to the parks in the evening. But now I am worried that by doing that we won't be able to see much of World Showcase in the daylight since it doesn't open until 11:00 a.m. I am trying to plan one park day there by going when it opens at 11, but we'll most likely have to head back to our hotel around 1:00 or 2:00.
What we really loved seeing in the daylight were the living statues. Do they appear after dark as well? Do they have a schedule so we can most likely be in France when they appear? Also, there were some sort of opera like singers we caught briefly. Who were they and when can they usually be seen?
Thanks for your advice!
