question about windows2000 and e-mail

I have windows 2000, and am system administrator. There are a bunch of seperate names under me. Is there a way I can check the e-mail another account that I no longer remember the password to is receiving?

Are you using Outlook?

These other names that you see, are they within Outlook or are they usernames within Windows 2000?

Is this a home system or a system at work, networked or not?
