Question about Wilderness lodge

I know some rooms at Wilderness Lodge have a set of bunk beds with a queen, which is basically what we need. Can I request a room with bunk beds specifically and expect to get it more or less? Also, as far as the bunk beds go, does the top bunk have a bit of a railing to it? I think most bunk beds do, right? My DD wants to sleep in the top bunk but is afraid of falling out! I think a rail would give her piece of mind.

Unless you are in a standard view or club level room, bunk beds are a bookable category that you pay extra for.

So, if you definitely want bunk beds, you can book them specifically. The top bunk does have a railing on it. They look like this:

Yes they are bookable. We have a bunk bed room reserved for October. Really dont need bunks, but that was all that was available for the discounts.
