Question about when points will get added to a Southwest Rapid Rewards account?

I tried to search this but know someone here will have an answer! I just paid for our WDW vacation roomsx2 plus tickets for our party of 8 with my SW Visa CC & wondered how soon those points will get added to my RR account? Want to book our flights for end of May ASAP!

In my experience, they usually post a day or so after they show up on the credit card statement.

Points transfer from my SW cc to my actual SW rr account once a month, mine is generally around the 17th or 18th. The only points that show immediately are ones from actual completed flights.

Ok so just to clarify as we rarely use our SW CC except for big purchases. I just bought our rooms & tickets for our May trip which came out to a little over $6K which I see on my account but it looks like my billing cycle will begin again on March 9th? So does that mean that my points will show up after that date?
