Very proud of myself getting a clipart, now I am trying to get a website going on the Dis, got it, but have a question about getting the pics I uploaded on to it to go to a post i make on the Dis?

Hi Dee!

It's pretty simple really. Once you're logged into your DIS homepage, scroll down through the images you have stored until you find the one you want. Click on the name of that image, when it opens, copy the url, and paste it into your post.

To get an image to display you'll need to use the following code:

&#91img]http://www.wdwinfo.com/sites/cctechie1/ccmickapple.gif&#91/img]

to get....
ccmickapple.gif

Let us know if you need any more info!!! :)

Chris

I'm not quite Chris, but that's a cool picture. :D

Cris, not sure what you mean, but I will work on it after work today, thanks! Lisa, that pic of the cat was taken during a sand scupturing contest at the Jersey shore.

Thanks goodness right Lisa???!!! ;)

What you need to do Dee, is use &#91IMG] in place of &#91URL] The IMG code will display an image, while the URL code will make a link.

Like this: &#91img]http://www.wdwinfo.com/sites/disfan2000/sandcat3.jpg[/img]

To get:
sandcat3.jpg

:) :) :)

Well I guess I did it! Thanks Cris! To do it, I went to edit, then put
at the end, was this how it is usually done? Do all urls have to be edited this way to come up as images, or did I do it the hard way?????

Way to go Dee! :)

And yes, all images must have the &#91IMG] at the front and back end in order to display properly.
