Question About WDW Tickets and Split Stay

I purchased tickets through Park Savers, and need to link them to my Disney account. However, I'm doing a split stay, which I've never done. Does staying at two different resorts affect anything with my tickets?

No, not at all. You'll be fine entering parks with any linked MB and no problem at all booking your FPs.
