Question about WDW starter packages for Pin Trading

I saw this on Mousesavers.com and was wondering if it's really true:

If you are interested in starting pin trading, it's good to know that the different theme parks have different prices on the starter package. At Animal Kingdom you can get 6 pins and a lanyard for $19, but at other parks you get 4 pins and a lanyard for $25.

6 pins AND a lanyard for $19.00?? Anyone know where in AK?

I didn't recall seeing anything like this last month -- but not to say it isn't there.
Once I read this, it made me wonder if this was all those same AK hat pins you see on the CM's lanyards.
