Question about WDW Restaurants

There are restaurants all over WDW: in the parks, in the resorts, etc.

I'm wondering about the deluxe resorts. While I'm at WDW, can I go to a restaurant at the Grand Floridian or the Contempory Resort if I'm not staying there?

Absolutely!

That is the most fun of all, getting to try restaurants at the other resorts and get to look around them too.

I found the unofficial guide to be very helpful in our selection of restaurants and also this board!

Read as many reviews as you can and you will get a feel for what is available. I probably spend more time obsessing...um, I mean planning where we are going to eat more than any thing else!

I find it to be great fun....

If you've got some extra time, resort-hopping is always a fun diversion - even if you're not staying or eating there.

IMHO, the top restaurants are at the resorts. For example:

AKL - Boma and Jiko
BW - Spoodle's and Flying Fish
YC - Yachtsman's Steakhouse
CT - Calif. Grille

These are just my favorites. Have fun trying to decide!

I think the best restaurants aren't in the parks - they are at the resorts! You can even do a progressive dinner of the monorail hotels... you've got some GREAT choices between Grand Floridian, Poly, and Contemporary. Appetizers and drinks at one, entree at another, and dessert at another. Each resort is very unique, too.
