Question about Water Parks & Downtown Disney???

Ok, I have a couple of questions regarding both water parks and all of Downtown Disney...



On average, how late does Downtown Disney (everything in) stay open?

Between Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon which water park do you think me (19) and my Girlfriend (18) would have more fun at? Which is more exiting and offers more stuff? Which is more relaxing? Are either water parks worth going back to for more than one day and/or are either of the water parks worth staying from opening to closing time? (Dedicating a whole entire day to?)

It depends on what time of the year you are talking about. Generally, the shopping at Downtown Disney stays open until 9 or 10 and the the entertainment stays open until atleast 2am. These times are from my experience which is usually in the fall. Also, if you want to eat at DTD, make reservations because the restaurants get long waits quickly at night.

Both waterparks are excellent in their own ways. IMO, BB is more exciting because of the rides and the higher intensity of the rides. TL is more relaxing because of the wave pool and generally has less to do. THough, it does offer a chance to snorkel which is a lot of fun. If you want to dedicate a whole day to one of them, I would choose BB. Or you could always plan a half a day for each if you want to experience both. I hope that helps!

Are people allowd to wear a water vest or whatever at both parks? (Like a wet suit vest)
