Question about Via Napoli

Does this Restaurant at EPCOT serve Non Gluecose pasta? I have friends coming in January and she wanted to know.

Are you asking about sugar free pasta? I've never actually heard about anyone have a sugar issue with pasta, so I'm intrigued.

Is it possible that you mean GLUTEN free pasta? In which case, I don't know about Via Napoli, but most other TS restaurants in WDW have some form of gluten free pasta (though it often isn't the correct "shape").

Yes. That's what she told me it was but she termed it incorrectly. I'll have to call the restaurant and find out then.
