Question about using my DVC points at the Disneyland Hotel

I have a reservation at the Disneyland Hotel using my DVC points. I know, not the best point value but that is another story. Anyway, my question is...Is the daily resort fee ($12.99) included in my DVC point trade or do I need to pay that at check in?

Everytime we've used our points for the GCH, the resort fee is waived as well as the parking fee......

I've done it twice in the past year and have not been charged for the resort fee or parking. Actually the points req'd are pretty low so I think it's a pretty decent point value myself.

FYI, normal parking is included under the Resort Fee. Which isn't charged when using points.

Stayed there last summer on points. We thought that it was a great value. Your resort fee is included in your points, so you will not have to pay those or any taxes. Have a great time!
