Question about using Dollar Express at MCO for first time...

I just called and the rep was trying so hard to get me off the phone without really answering my question.

We got a great rate on a Dollar rental. Afterwards, we joined Dollar Express and had them add our membership number onto the reservation. Will we be able to go straight to the garage at MCO or will we have to stop at the main counter?

Also - is there a counter out in the garage? How will we know which car is ours?

Once you had the DE membership added to your ressie you were good to go. Go straight to the garage, follow the signs, as I recall Dollar shares a kiosk with another company but at no time did I ever have to wait for service. Also, as I recall, you'll be told to choose any car in rows XXX, whatever the row number based on what level of car you have and off you go. You'll drive past another booth where they'll give the car a once over and be sure you didn't take a Porsche when you paid for a Focus and you're gone.

THANK YOU!!! I've had some crazy long wait times at the Dollar counter in the past which is why I generally use Alamo, but this time Dollar was too good to pass up!
