If I purchased just a one day, one park pass with my room reservation, and then I do not use the park pass, how long will the pass stay valid if it does not have the "No Expiration" option?

As long as you don't use it at a turnstile, it is good forever...or so I have been told.

If you have one day or 10 days...the 14 day expiration point starts from the first time you use the ticket at a turnstile. So if you never use the ticket at a turnstile, it is non expiring.

I believe the no expiration date option is only good for multiple day passes. A one day park pass is good forever or until the day you use it, if I am not mistaken.

The clock for expiration of a pass starts the first time it is put through a turnstile. All entitlements remaing, as well as the opportunity to upgrade or modify it, end at 11:59:59pm of the 14th day from first using, including that day. So if first use is a Sunday, it is completely dead at Midnight of the second Saturdfay following.

Of course, if you have the No Expire Option (which is not available on a one day ticket) You can still use the entitlements after the 14th day but you cannot do any modifications afterwards.
