Question about TVs on Jet Blue

Hi all

Got my first flight on Jet Blue coming up. My kids seem more excited about having their own TV on the plane for 4 hrs vs the actual trip!

My question--do we take our own headphones? Will any old headphone work?

You can bring your own headphones. Jet Blue also has some for free, but they are not the greatest. I believe their mottos is something like "Yours are better...". They also sell and upgraded headphone set. I don't recall the price.

You can take your own.
They give out free headphones. (not great quality)
They also sell headphones for a $1.

And I was not impressed with the $1 version, either - only one side worked, and they don't turn the plane back so you can exchange it

On our latest Jetblue flight, they ran out of headphones!

They did give everyone a $15 credit towards a future flight though! I thought that was great customer service (plus- we had headphones so we hadn't even been affected)
