We are using the regular dining plan and will have 7 - TS dinner reservations for 6 ppl (4 adults and 2 kids under 3 yo old who are not paying guests, but need a ressie anyway for fire code reasons, etc.).

What happens if only 4 of the 6 members show up for the ressie (3 adults and 1 child under 3 yo)?

1. Will we be charged $10 for the one adult who does not show?

2. Will we be charged $10 for the child under 3 yr old who does not show?

I am just thinking ahead and wondering what happens if one of the kids gets sick (or just melts down or is too tired, etc. and just needs to stay behind at hotel with mommy or daddy) for the evening? It just seems like it might happen one night.

Maybe 1 or even both kids might not be able to "keep going" and will need to opt out of TS dinner. The kids will be 2.5 at time of trip, so who knows what will happen. We are going with the flow and won't force a tired cranky kid to TS dinner if clearly he needs more downtime. We are planning on naps back at the resort each day and will be heading direct from the resort to the TS place each night... so the kids should be re-energized and hungry for dinner, but you never know what will happen.

Just thought I would ask so we would be prepared for additional cost if applicable. Will we be penalized for no shows even though the rest of the party went to the dinner? :confused3

Thanks!

As long as part of the group shows up, they won't charge you the $10 per person fee.
