Hi all,
As I sit hear reading the weather forecasts for the week ahead I can't not worry that my flight out of NJ Friday morning to WDW will be affected. :sad2:

I've never been in a situation of a delay or cancellation (I just don't fly that often). What happens if you are delayed or canceled? Not only am I wondering the affect of my actual flight but wondering how does Disney deal with this? Like if I don't show up until the next day or something? How difficult would it be to extend my vacation with Disney and airline to make up for the days missed?

I have travel insurance as well.

Has this happened to anyone and what has your experiences been like?

thanks!

First off, try not to stress too much. It's weather, there is not much you can do about it.

Secondly, if you have some time, take a look at this thread:

It's pretty long, but there is a TON of great info about what to do, how to formulate Plans B, C, D and beyond if you have to.

Good Luck! We're flying out on February 16th, and since it has snowed here every Weds for the past 4 weeks, I'm keeping a very close eye on the weather.

Thank you Debbie, reading now.
