Question about trash and towels at OKW

This will be our first time staying at OKW I am such a creature of habit needing to know details We have always known what to expect staying at POR for the last 10 years As far as trash, are there areas close to the units where we can take our trash? Will there be extra trash bags? As for towels, will they leave us 5 towels since there is 5 on the reservation? Can we ask for a couple more from housekeeping? Can I purchase the towel package with towels only, say 5 , I will be bringing our own washclothes? Thanks

Congratulations on your first stay How exciting! We love OKW.

As far as the trash, there is an area to dispose of your trash and recycle items. There is another trash can that is seperate in your room and the trash area for recycling. The trash bags are in the bottome of the trash can in your room so it is easy to find. They gave us more than 5 towels. More like 8 I think...we were staying in a 2 bedroom though. Maybe some else can be more percise about that question. You can ask for more at housekeeping. We have and they brought it right away.

I read someone post they like a new washcloth every day so they brought theirs from home. She bought something other than white so she could tell which ones were hers.

Yes, there is a trash receptacle near every unit on the ground floor. It ois marked and easy to find.

Yes , there will be extra trash bags and if you need more, just call housekeeping and they will provide additional bags at no cost.

Towels wil lbe based on the occupancy of the room. Studios and 1BR villas will get 4 sets of towels- regardless how many are on the reservation.

Just request an additional set of towels, you will get 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths and a bath mat. Cost is $6 for the additional towel set.
