Question about Transferred and One-Time Use Points

Hi there!

Quick question ... do maintenance fees "travel with" transferred points? Meaning, if I transfer points...

* In to my membership, do I have to pay the maintenance fees for those points just for that use year?

* Out to someone else, do they pay the maintenance fees for those points just for that use year?

Similarly, if one purchases "one time use" points directly from DVC, are there maintenance fees associated with that, or is that just built into the $15/point price?

The answer is no.

-If you are receiving points, you are not responsible for the annual dues for the recieved points.

-Even if you transfer points, you are still responsible for the annual dues on those transferred out points.


-You do not have to pay annual dues on the one time use points purchased from Disney. $15 fee per point is all you have to pay.
