Question about transfer Miami airport to port

About to book a February 2019 cruise out of Miami. Do transfers from Miami airport to the port work the same as transfers from MCO to PC?

Not sure about transfers but we’re going on Magic in January everyone has recommended a taxi ($30ish)

I took a $10 shuttle from my hotel near the airport...very easy as the hotel got it set up for me after I checked in the night before the cruise.

If you decide to go with the Disney transfers, it will be very much like Orlando. You'll see a Disney greeter in the airport and they will help you collect your luggage and make your way to the bus. The bus will not be decorated like the DCL buses that run from Orlando to Port Canaveral. It's also a very short trip, unless there's traffic 10 to 15 minutes from airport to port. Taxis are reasonable, as it is a flat rate, so if you have more than two people it probably makes more sense to take a cab.
