Question about Tony's Town Square

In the dining reservation system, it has Tony's Town Square as a character meal. Is this correct?

Not to my knowledge. It had Lady & the Tramp theming, but no characters.

There's a grand gathering "good morning" breakfast (some days only, I think) there that has characters. Only applies to parties of 8+, however.
