Question about tips

I hope this is not a silly question. When we arrive at disney, the bellman takes out our luggage. Do we tip that person then, and then turn around and tip the bellman who brings it to our room? That would be tipping twice just to get our luggage delivered. The reason I ask this, is because our last couple of visits the bellman that took the luggage out of the car was not the same one who brought it to our room. Who do we tip?

I've never been fond of this process, so while I do tip, it's on the smaller range. However, if the person taking your bags out of the car and wheeled them to your room was the same one, it wouldn't be a problem. Our last trip (AKV--Jan 08) we had our bags in our car and once we found out our room number my husband drove the car up to the entrance and when bell service came out he told the guy our room number and the guy said he could only wheel them inside. Because they do it this way, I split the tip between the 2 people. (hope that makes sense). We thought, I could stay in the room and wait for the bell service and hubby could drop off the bags, but it doesn't work like that.
