Question about timing and construction in DCA

WE were planning on a trip to disneyland in Feb. 2009 but i heard that a lot of the construction in DCA will be starting in the beginning of 2009 so would it be better to go in Dec. of 2008 ? WE have never been so i would like to see it the way it is and truly would love to go again when all the construction is done in 2011/2012

I would not worry about it. It is not like one day there is no new construction and the next day it all starts. From now until 2012 there will be construction going on as part of the rework. Things will progress in phases. For more info see
