Question about tickets...

I have found tickets to WDW that I have used from our past trips. I usually get a PHP ticket, but have also gotten the UPH ticket. Knowing that our PHP tickets have plus features that we never used, my first question is , they don't ever expire, right? So I could plan my trip knowing that I have unused plus features that I could potentially use .

Next question-how do you tell a PHP ticket from an UPH ticket. They are the plastic type ticket (like a credit card) and I am not sure which tickets are which.

I guess I could bring them all with me and have them scanned so I know. Any idea on where I could have this done? Can it be done in any Disney Store? (That would be easy so probably not).

you can only have them scanned at guest services at the parks. so no luck there.
i am not sure about telling the tickets apart. the only thing i can think of is...the UPH would be on a room card and the PHP wouldn't be.

You can check the tickets at any guest services window, including those in the resorts and at Downtown Disney. You cannot check them at the Disney Store...you are right, that would be too easy!

However, it is possible that the room key/plastic card could have either a UPH or PHP on it. I have had my PH ticket on my room key before. I prefer to have a separate ticket, but I'm sure they offer this for convenience. I think if you would have bought your PHP when you checked in, they would just add it to your room key, unless you request otherwise. I would guess that the UPH would be on your room key regardless, but not sure about that.
