Question about tickets from UT

Has anyone ever had a bad experience buying from Undercover Tourist? Do their tickets have the same rules as ones purchased from Disney directly as far as not expiring until you use them?

Have been using UT for years...never had a bad experience. Same tickets as you would buy from Disney

Never ever had a bad experience, have been buying from them for 8+ years. Just bought an e-ticket yesterday, had the confirmation number within minutes & had it linked to MDE & FP picked within 10 minutes. Saved $39 over WDW prices, can't beat that!

And yes, same rules as Disney, not an "active" ticket until you first use it.

Bought from them second time in a row now, and as long as I am renting dvc I don't plan on purchasing elsewhere! When I first ordered I called with all kinds of questions/concerns and the customer service was amazing!

Never have I ever had anything but positive experiences with them! Tickets you purchase from them are exactly the same as what you'd get through Disney directly.

Why do you focus on bad experiences? I prefer to ask about positive expweices. I have had great luck with UT tickets.

UT is very reputable and their tickets are 100% official Disney tickets.

We have bought tickets from UT several times including a few months ago. About the only thing that I think is worth noting is that once a ticket is connected to the Disney site you cannot get a refund.

• If you require a refund - a fee of 5% of the total order amount will be charged to cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting your credit card and fulfilling the order.
• Tickets must be unused and unsigned to qualify for the 365-day Return Policy.
• Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site, are non-refundable.
• If a RFID profile has been set up on Disney tickets they cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Disney E-tickets are not refundable once the order has been placed.

That ticket is still valid for future trips but cannot be returned for a refund.

Ordered first time from them last week. Ordered tickets on Wed selected free shipping, they arrived on Tuesday. Saved $80. The whole process was seemless. Very pleased. Plus their website has a ton a great information. Will absolutely be ordering from them again.

I have read of two weird experiences, but the weirdness was on Disney's end. Once UCT was informed of the problems they jumped into the fray, went to bat with Disney, and got it worked out. So it wasn't happyhappyjoyjoy at the time, but it got resolved and worked out AND WDW got an education while they were at it.

They are 100% official, 100% transparent in their rules and terms&conditions, and basically a terrific company.

I bought UT e-tickets a couple of weeks ago. I had them linked to MDE 10 minutes later.

I bought our tiks from uct as e-tickets. I have them linked already for fp+, is there any reason I have to actually pick them up from will call? We do have magic bands, so I don't think we need them, but I want to be sure.
