question about thomson airport transfers

quick question for anyone whos flown thomson. I have the inclusive airport to hotel transfers from sanford. I got my ticket pack yesterday (yayyy). And it mentions the transfers but there isnt a voucher for it. do i just report to a thomson desk at sanford?

never flown thomson, only done virgin into orlando.

When you come out of Sanford Airport, you'll be met by a Thomson Rep. Either they will give you an info pack containing everything you need for your stay, including transfer tickets, or they will show you to the Rep inside the main building where you get car hire, villa keys etc. You then take your transfer ticket to the guys dealing with the buses, who are just a few feet away from the reps. The bus guy then takes the info from the ticket and directs you to your bus. There are usually quite a few buses going to different hotels but you'll be told the number of the bus to look for. The buses are great because you'll be glad of the AC lol! Have a great holiday

just curious... when do you fly? I go sept 17th, flying thomson for the first time (we always go virgin, usually!). Anyway, haven't received our tickets yet... how long do you think i'll have to wait?

i fly on 30th of august. and got my tickets a week ago.

they say 2 weeks before. but mine was 3. i'd start to question if you dont get yours by september. it comes as a little printed book, so read carefully *** it looks like junk mail when you get it. my wife would ave thrown it away if i didnt open it first. and the envelope looks like junk too!

Nice one, cheers! We actually booked the thomson holiday through thomas cook because we had vouchers, so i have a feeling the tickets go there first and then thomas cook give us a call. No chance of them being thrown out!!

If you get back before the 17th, do you mind letting me know what thomson were like, how easy the transfers were, and what sanford was like??

We flew into Sanford with Thomas Cook in 2009 and were directed to a rep who gave us a voucher for our transfers. I think it's the same for Thomson.
