Hey folks - just a question - I read in another post about the "Wine Room" at the California Grill. We have never eaten at CG before and are going this December. My wife and I haven't had a real "date" since our son was born 2 years ago. But we're going to have one in December. The original poster mentioned that it was quieter, more suitable for conversation, and away from the open kithen area. Is it possible to request this room? Or is it just luck of the draw, so to speak? Just curious.
God bless!

in August. We ate in the Wine Room. When you enter the restaurant it is all the way to the left. It is behind a door (although the door doesn't close) and very private. All the wines are stored in there, and it is lovely. There were only about 6 or 7 tables in this section. We did not ask to be seated in this section. The waiter - who was awesome - said they typically try to seat people w/o kids in there. I must say that although expensive, (about $150 for 2) it was worth it. If you could request the room, I would.
We did get free Dessert & glass of wine also.
