Question about the Windsors

Is there a difference between Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms or are they the same resort? If they are in different areas, which one is better/safer/nicer?

Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms are two separate subdivisions about a mile apart. They were built by the same contractor and have similar layouts. Both have condos, townhouses and pool homes, clubhouse, mini theatre, community pool (WH is much bigger), fitness room, playgrounds (WH is better), both have manned gated security etc. Travel time to Disney would only be about a couple minutes more for WP
Differences: WH is much bigger and newer by about 3 or 4 years. There are still some pool homes being completed. Some people have reported an odor around the homes that back on the water treatment plant in Windsor Palms, some say that there is no odor

Thanks for the thorough description!

Allstarvacationhomes.com has condos and townhouses for both Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms listed at exactly the same price so I was wondering if there was a benefit to one over the other. Now I can go to DH armed with even more information!
