Question about the Waterpark and Disney Quest only annual pass

I was wondering if you get the Annual Pass that is only good for the Water Parks and Disney Quest if it can get you merchandise and dining discounts like the theme park annual passes?

The Water Park AP does not get shopping & dining discounts, so I would suspect the Water Park/DQ AP wouldn't either.
