Question about the wait to get in Ohana with a reservation?

We have been to Ohana 2 times and both times waited about 20 to 30 minutes to get seated.
If we have a reservation at 3:35 is the wait still long since dinner time starts at 3:30?

Check in for your reservation before 3:30 and you should be in the first wave of tables sat for dinner.

I've had an ADR for right at the beginning of dinner (but back when they started dinner at 5:00) and were seated without a wait. As PP said, just check in before 3:30 and you should be seated right away.

They won't be checking people in at 3. They really won't be doing anything until 3:25.

You really don't need to check in any earlier than 3:15 or so. That's early enough.

My point is more that this is 'Ohana. They won't be staffing the stand at 3. I would not expect a hostess any time before 3:20.
